These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of seoagencycity.com (the “Site”) and to the SEO services provided by Dallas SEO Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”), 4320 Main St, Dallas, TX 75226. If you sign a separate written service agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation or submit false information through our forms. Site content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Dallas SEO Agency or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

2. Our Services

We provide search engine optimization and related services, which may include local SEO, Google Business Profile management, technical and on-page SEO, content, link building, AI search optimization (AEO and GEO) and reporting. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for your plan are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Plans, Billing and Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance, month-to-month. There is no long-term contract.
Pricing ranges shown on the Site are benchmarks. Your final monthly fee is confirmed in your proposal or agreement.
Late payments may pause work until the account is brought current.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice by email. Work continues and is billed through the notice period. When you leave, everything we built for you, including content, listings, reports and website changes, stays yours.

5. 90-Day Progress Guarantee (50% Refund)

If you do not see measurable ranking and visibility progress within your first three (3) months of service, as shown in our documented monthly reporting, we will refund 50% of the service fees you paid us during those three months. To qualify:

You must remain an active, paid client for the full first three months.
You must provide the access, approvals and information we request in a reasonable time so the agreed work can be completed.
You must request the refund in writing within thirty (30) days after the end of your third month.

“Measurable progress” and how it is reported are defined in your written agreement before you sign. The guarantee does not cover third-party costs paid on your behalf.

6. No Ranking Guarantees

No agency controls Google’s algorithm or AI search tools. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic level, number of leads or mention in AI-generated answers. Results depend on factors outside our control, including competition, search engine changes and your website and business.

7. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information and timely access to the accounts and systems needed for the work.
Review and approve content and changes within a reasonable time.
Make sure the materials you provide (such as logos, photos and claims) are yours to use and are accurate.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our work relies on platforms such as Google, Bing and AI search tools, and on your hosting and website providers. We are not responsible for their policies, outages, suspensions or changes.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information and account access confidential and use it only to provide our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dallas SEO Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
